Director of Web Properties for DivX.com. Responsible for architecting, scaling and managing the buildout of the DivX.com site using Drupal 6. Tuned and scaled site to deal with massive traffic spikes during the release of the DivX 7 software. Used my Cache Router module to handle memcache server integration with Drupal. Worked with several vendors and clients (internal and external) to manage expectations and deliver site on time in cordination with marketing campaigns and CES convention / press coverage.

Notes:

DivX.com gets around 24mm unique visitors per month.

Lead Developer for performance tuning and optimization of SiTV.com Drupal site. Managed team of 3 developers to relaunch SiTV.com on redundant mirrored hardware and use Memcache and Database optimization. Performed code reviews and optimizations and developed several custom modules to streamline functionality for the editorial staff.

During the year that I worked on the site I designed and built the social networking features including sitewide messaging, friend lists, forums and group pages / associations. Used Drupal 4.7 for intial build. Directed the site upgrade to Drupal 5.
