About Me

I am a web developer, producer and musician. I live in sunny San Diego, CA and enjoy music, art and literature. I am currently employed full-time, but I am always open to speaking with you about how I might be able to assist you in building a web application or website. If I am too busy to work on your project, I still may be able to assist you in finding someone who can accomplish your needs.

Professionally, I have been working with the web in some form since 1996 and have enjoyed my time as a network engineer, systems administrator and now as a web developer. This blend of experience has helped me to concentrate on working with large websites and understanding the complexities of scaling to millions of page views per month.

I am currently employed as the Director of Web Properties for DivX, and I spend most of my time working with the Drupal Content Management Platform.

Personally, I am very involved in the independent music scene of San Diego. I currently play bass in a band called Ladybeard. I formerly played bass in a band called Flying Douglas.
